Boyd Community Hub, library and park form one of Southbank’s clearest pieces of neighbourhood infrastructure. It is modest beside the suburb’s skyline, which is precisely why it matters.

Spend an hour here and the resident version of Southbank becomes visible: families crossing the park, people working at library tables, apartment dwellers using a shared patch of ground.
